SECTION 1 ACCREDITED PROGRAM

This event is an Accredited Group Learning Activity (Section 1), as defined by the Maintenance of Certification program of the Royal College and approved by the Canadian Association of Gastroenterology (CAG). This program was co-developed with the Society of Continuing Professional Health Education (SCOPE) Canada and was planned to achieve scientific integrity, objectivity and balance.

This program is accredited for a maximum of 18.5 hours of Section 1 Credit.

THE THIRTY FOURTH INTERNATIONAL COURSE ON THERAPEUTIC ENDOSCOPY organized by the Therapeutic Endoscopy Group of St. Michael’s Hospital, will be held at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel. Our goal is to teach endoscopy by focusing on live demonstrations by experts performing a wide variety of endoscopic techniques. Real time video transmissions from the Endoscopy Unit at St. Michael’s Hospital to the Conference Centre at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel will allow two-way communication between the registrants and the faculty. The talks will focus on practical issues challenging practicing Gastroenterologists.
